Top Professional Golfers, You & Golf Balls…

Top Professional Golfers, You & Golf Balls…

What do you think the top Tour players do as far as golf balls are concerned?…

Do you think they just grab whatever ball looks good in the box?

Do you think they just use a ball because of the marketing? Naturally they don’t.

Instead they get tested and analyzed so they use the best golf ball for them.

Sadly most amateur golfers will never get accurate advice on what ball they should use.

And this costs them distance, accuracy, strokes, and more enjoyment from the game.

But now you have a great opportunity to change that!

Because golf ball expert Robert Cotter (who has helped some of the top golf professionals in the world) has offered to give you his personal Golf Ball Recommendations Bonus!

And instead of it costing you hundreds like it should, you can get his expert advice on what golf ball YOU should be using, all for less than 40 bucks!

Seems incredible to me, but here’s what Steve said after getting his…

“I am astounded by the detail of the reply. Thought I would let you know I had a 43. Remember I am
a 21 hcp. I had 4 pars. This is the best value golf advice I have ever had.”

Also, here is what Alwyn says about it…
“Thank you for the golf ball recommendation. You were perfectly on the mark when you said the “right ball” would save 5 strokes a round.”

But I must warn you. This offer with the special Ball Rec Bonus is unique in the industry and Robert may discontinue it at any time due to the demands for his expertise.

So go here and check this out now:  Let's Start Besting Golf Now

Kind Regards,

P.S. If you’re at all concerned that you could be using the wrong ball for you, causing you to score higher than you need then I urge you to go to this website ASAP: Let's Start Besting Golf Now

The Missing Element of Your Fighting Success

The Missing Element of Your Fighting Success

Hi, I know that you take your training and fighting seriously, and that you want to continually improve. I know that you're also aware that there are several components that must come together to perform at your highest potential.

Like thousands of other fighters around the globe, you've already made great strides in your career by implementing the techniques and strategies.

So you are WAY AHEAD of most of the wanna-bes out there.

But there is another critically important aspect of your training which, in the end, can make or break your ultimate success in this awesome sport.

I'm talking about... the mental game.

Now maybe you've read some of the popular books out there on sports psychology.

Some of them are actually decent, and contain some tips that we can take with us into our training and fights.

However, many fighters still have some of the same negative feelings before a big fight, or when things aren't going your way DURING a fight.

You know what I mean - getting sick with nerves the day of your big match, or totally forgetting your game plan when you find yourself exhausted and in pain before round two even starts.

We've all been there.

So many really solid fighters could finally rise up in the ranks, if they could just be confident and composed in those types of situations.

Well, I found two guys that know how to take care of that shit once and for all. And I feel obligated to share this information with you.

Their names are Stephen Ladd and Bill Gladwell, and they're known as the Renegade Fighter Psychology Coaches

Check them out here:

Let's Start Now

Actually, they aren't all that well known... yet.

Even though they have been privately coaching hundreds of top-notch fighters from around the world for years, those guys would rather keep them as their own secret weapon.

But now Stephen & Bill have decided to share their techniques with all of us - for a mere fraction of the price of their private coaching sessions.

Before I send you off to check out his website (which is full of f.r.e.e stuff that you can actually use), let me tell you straight out...

These guys are NOT your typical sports psychologists, but neither are the RESULTS their "unconventional" methods deliver.

If you are ready for something new (like ultimate confidence, focus, and faster recovery from training and injuries), then I highly recommend that you check out this revolutionary approach to fight psychology:

Top Factor to Scoring BIG Points!

Top Factor to Scoring BIG Points!

Determining a basketball player's overall "offensive worth" is something I do often as a coach. I have to have some way to scout a player and figure out what their offensive potential is. Of course I look at stats, FG%, 3PT%, PPG, FT%, etc. These are definitely important but they're often misinterpreted.
You need to look at more than just those stats, you need to look at how those stats were achieved. What made the stats what they are?

The number one thing that contributes to those stats being impressive is ball handling and your handles.

All those stats come from first creating the opportunity, and 80% of the time that was through ball handling and dribble moves.

So when players ask me how to see big increases in their offensive stats, I tell them, "yea your shot is important, but you'll never have the opportunity to get a good shot off if you don’t have the handles to create the shots".

Obviously the conversation with the player then turns to basketball dribbling drills. And which ones they should do and which ones they should avoid like the plague. Believe me, not all dribbling drills are created equal, you can waste a lot of practice time with the wrong drills if you aren't careful.

The key to any basketball dribbling drill is intensity. Now, part of that is on you. You can slack off at any drill no matter how great it's designed. But, assuming you bring intensity to your training. There are a lot of basketball dribbling drills that are setup in a way that make it impossible to run them at game time intensity.

If you're using any basketball dribbling drills where you feel like they're forcing you to move at a slower than game pace. Toss them out, burn them, forget them!!! They will not only hold you back from hitting your potential, they will actually send you in the reverse direction.

The only exception to that rule is if you are using stationary dribbling drills at the beginning of your workouts. But, if you are relying on these stationary dribbling drills to get you unstoppable handles, you will be thoroughly disappointed. Stationary dribbling drills are great to get you warmed up, focused and to gain ball control. But they will never get you the handles you need to beat defenders.
You have to incorporate drills that are run at a game pace and re create game situations. It always baffled me how coaches would teach their player basketball dribbling drills that didn't mirror a game in anyway, and then expect their players to be able to execute come game time.

Analyze your dribbling drills. Can you see how the drill directly reflects an in game scenario? If not, they are probably worthless.

Now once you have these basketball dribbling drills that you can see reflect game situations, it's on you to bring game time intensity to the training.

Like I said earlier, you can slack off on the best drill and make that drill worthless. So be sure that once you have those great drills you keep them great. You have to picture a defender, you have to see and hear the crowd, you have to go just as hard as you would in a game.

Top Factor to Scoring BIG Points!

The next progression is to actually add in a defender. But I see players make some big mistakes when they do this. They add in a defender, but the defender already knows what you're going to do. This isn’t realistic and one of two things will happen. Either the defender will constantly beat you because they are playing you knowing what you are going to do. Or they exaggerate the other way, and make it too easy to beat them. Either way you won't get good feedback as to how good you can execute the move.

So, when you add in a defender they should have no idea what you are trying to do. They should "D" you up as if they were guarding you in a game, and they should go 100%.

Another piece of advice is to have several moves to work on when you bring in a defender. If you try the same thing over and over you will revert back to the defender knowing what you are going to do. If you can keep switching it up it will keep your defender guessing and mirror a game.

Using these training techniques will bring your ball handling to a new level and ultimately lead to easy shots, layups, assists and trips to the free throw line.

The most important choice a serious basketball player has to make during their career is which basketball workout program to use. Choosing the wrong program can have big consequences, lost time, developing bad technique and lost motivation, just to name a few.

Basketball workout programs will vary significantly from coach to coach. There isn’t necessarily one program that is right and the rest are wrong. But there are plenty that are just flat out worthless!

I see a lot of coaches putting players on basketball workout programs that make me cringe. The sad thing is that these players are putting all their trust into these coaches and their workout programs.

I've spent a lot of time talking with top basketball players and coaches. I always pick their brains about what makes a great basketball workout program. And while all their programs vary in exactly what drills they use, they all have some major things in common. But the one thing that all these players and coaches agree on is that there are two major keys to any basketball workout drill.

Intensity. This is the number one ingredient to training for success. So many players train at 75% and expect to play at 100%. Bring intensity into your basketball workouts and make sure that the drills you use demand this intensity.

Score Big Like Kobe

Could a NASCAR driver practice racing at 80 MPH and then expect to go race at 200 MPH? No chance, so why do so many basketball players expect that they slack in their training and dominate in a game?

Game time. Always remember what you are training for. You aren't training to be a great in-practice player. You are training to dominate come game time. So why waste time on drills that won't develop the skills you can use come game time?

Here's the perfect example. Players shooting 500+ shot reps for a shooting workout. I see this all the time, players going around the perimeter putting up shot after shot. Well, the shooting part isn’t bad, but this doesn’t replicate at all how your shots will be in games.

Every shot you take in practice (with the exception of form shots and free throws) should have a specific move leading into it. In other words, in a game what is creating the shots? Coming off a screen, your handles, pullback, etc. Every shot you take in practice should have one of these moves leading into it. If it doesn’t, you are only training to be a successful in-practice shooter.

I want to add in one last factor. That's consistency. But you could look at consistency as motivation and determination too. If you truly want to develop unbelievable skills, it takes practice. And hitting the court a couple times a week won't suffice.

A lot goes into training properly but the factors I just covered are at the top of the list. Get the right basketball workout program, train with intensity, train for the game and train consistently. Do this and you are on your way to big things!

Training Secrets of the Basketball Elite

Training Secrets of the Basketball Elite

A basketball training program is a must have for any aspiring player. A training program will layout all of your training in a coordinated way. Without this layout, you are justtaking it day to day. The day to day method will never ensure that you are hitting all the training aspects you need.
A basketball training program will give you a path to follow and a historic reference to look back on. You need both of these to make sure your training is actually leading to success. If you spend two months training and aren't seeing results, you need to be able to look back at exactly what you did. Now you can make changes. Without knowing what you did, you won’t know what failed.
The other huge advantage to a basketball training program is that when your workouts are mapped out it makes it a lot harder to slack off. You can look at your week and know exactly what you are going to do. Without this structure it's too easy to make spur of the moment changes or put off a workout.
As important as having a basketball training program, is having the right training program. You can waste precious time on the wrong training program and get nowhere with it.
ad 4
There is a lot of pressure on you to select the right training program and it can seem overwhelming. But I have some guidelines for you to follow to make sure you select a great training program.

  1. WHO MADE IT? - Who put the training program together? Can they provide testimonials from players who use the program? You want a program from a trusted coach, research them, demand testimonials and see how many other players are using the program. Also, beware if the person behind the training program is using their own success as a selling point. Playing and coaching are two very different animals and just because a player found success, it doesn't mean that they know how to train you and put together a training program. That takes a coach!
  2. ARE THE DRILLS TOO SIMPLE or TOO COMPLEX? - Look at the drills that makeup the workouts. There are two things you need to look out for. The first is the workout with overly simple "rec league" drills. If you look at the drills and can't see them converting to in-game success, then it's probably too simple of a training program. On the other hand, some coaches create crazy drills just so they are original and look impressive. With these types of drills you spend all your time trying to learn the drill, rather than building your basketball skills. You want drills that will build a skill set that will actually be useful in a game.
  3. IS YOUR WHOLE TRAINING OUTLINED? - There should be more to your basketball training program than just basketball drills. To be a successful player at high levels you need to havestrength, speed, explosiveness, quick feet and stamina. If your training program doesn't address these, that means you will have to go out and get a separate training program specific for those. A great basketball training program will incorporate all those directly into the training.
  4. DOES THE TRAINING LOOK EXCITING AND FUN? - If you look at the training program and it doesn't excite you, you are setting yourself up for failure. You want to look forward to your training not dread it. So, if your workouts look boring and monotonous it will probably be struggle for you to get out and train.
  5. DOES THE PROGRAM PROGRESS WITH YOU? - If you're in a great basketball training program you should expect to see great results. So as you improve you will need your drills to progress with your skills. Make sure that the training program allows for this. You don't want to be at level "Z" doing drills from level "X".

If you follow those guidelines when selecting your training program you will end up with a great basketball training program.

Nothing's hotter than a guy who can dunk

This is what I heard the other day when I was leaving my gym.

Two girls were chilling near the basketball court at the back of my gym complex. They were watching a 3-on-3 game which abruptly ended when the biggest guy decided to jump straight up, knock the defender flat on his ass and dunk on him while he was laying sprawled on the blacktop.

That's when the blonde cheekily whispered this confession to her smoking-hot Asian friend in pink sweatpants:

"Nothing's hotter than a guy who can dunk."

And can you guess what the Asian hottie replied?  She whimpered:

"Uh huhhh!"

This got me thinking. I mean, for as long as I can remember I've always wanted to dunk. It's been a lifelong dream of mine, but I really had no idea girls found it hot. I guess it makes sense though since most people have this belief you need to be the most athletic dude around to be able to jump that high.

But the fact is that's just not true anymore.

Breakthrough research has surfaced recently about the exact 'levers' which allow people to jump ridiculously high. So naturally, 2 genius basketball players took this research and used it to transform regular guys who can't even touch the rim into dudes who can dunk with 2 hands every time and with ease.

One of these geniuses is a pro basketball player and the other is the world's highest dunker (I think it's safe to say they know what they're doing LOL) They're getting a ton of media hype these days and blowing up on Youtube so I thought I'd let you know about them.

And it's great timing too since they've just released all their crazy vert jump body hacks and techniques. They've been teaching people this stuff in secret for years but now it's available to the public in a badass program.

Here's the link to it: Let's Start Now

It's pretty crazy stuff so check it out

Renegade Mindset Techniques for Golf

This brief article reveals three mental golf game tips utilizing a cutting-edge technique known as "tapping".

What is Tapping?

"Tapping" is a do-it-yourself form of acupuncture, except you don't use needles. Instead you simply "tap" on a few "clearing points" while focusing on and saying (to yourself, if appropriate) the negative feeling or emotion.

For the sake of simplicity, the following tips will only use a single point, referred to as the "collar bone point". However, it is not the exact collar bone, but rather the two bony notches at the base of your neck. It is about the spot where you would knot a necktie. Just "tap" this point with an open hand approximately 10 times as instructed in the tips below. It's that simple...

Tip # 1 - "Tapping" in your Pre-shot Routine

Tap while focusing on any negative feeling or emotion you might have about the upcoming shot. If you don't have anything in particular, just use the term "tension".

Take a deep breath and say to yourself "Let it be easy".

Step up and swing the club.

Tip # 2 - "Tapping" in your Post-shot Routine

What...you don't have a post-shot routine? That's the subject for another article. For now we'll keep it simple and divide your shot results into either positive or negative.

1. If the shot ended up where you intended (Positive) -

Simply tap and say "Exactly", "Spot on", "Nice", or any other positive phrase indicating to yourself that you manifested the intended result.

2. If the shot did NOT play out as planned (Negative) -

Tap and say "Anger", "Frustration", or whatever emotion the less-than-perfect shot brings up.

Take a deep breath.

Say to yourself "This is more what I had in mind"....

And then take another easy practice stroke and visualize the ball going exactly where you intended.

This is very important because it will plant in your subconscious mind this more positive result.

Tip # 3 - "Tapping" for Anger Management

Is there any activity on earth that people love to hate more than golf?

Any time that you feel anger on the course, just tap and say "anger", "pissed off" or whatever best describes your feelings (and is somewhat appropriate given your environment).

Take a deep breath.

Don't be fooled into believing that something so simple can't be effective. Try it out for yourself and then make your own decision.

Destroy Depression™ : 7 Steps to a Happy, Healthy Life that YOU Control

What is Depression?

Depression is a mental disorder where a person has a prolonged period of sadness, unhappiness, helplessness, hopelessness or worthlessness. These feelings often get worse over a period of time, causing a person to have feelings of self-doubt, severe despondency and dejection.

Depression is an extremely common illness. There are approximately 350 million people living in the world today who are affected by it and it is the leading cause for a visit to see a GP or doctor. Depression also has a stigma attached to it that people who suffer from it are weak which leads to them not seeking treatment - less than half of all of the people with depression are currently engaging in any kind of treatment for it. Long-lasting and moderate or severe depression can be a serious health condition. It can cause an affected person to suffer terribly, leading to problems with work, breakdowns in close relationships and lead to poor physical health.

The worst cases of depression can lead to a sufferer taking his or her own life. An estimated 1 million people worldwide every year commit suicide because of depression. Half of all the people who die by suicide have major depressive disorder.

The World Health Organization have reported that by the year 2020, depression will be the second biggest cause of premature death in the world, heart disease will be the only illness or disease that causes more.

What Causes Depression?

There are many different causes of depression. It has many different triggers and there are multiple reasons it can develop.

Personal Factors are known to trigger depression. Those who have a tendency to worry a lot, have low self-esteem, are sensitive to personal criticism, are severely overweight, perfectionists, or those with a self-critical and a negative mindset all have a higher risk of developing the condition.

Depression has been known to run in families and some people will be at an increased hereditary or genetic risk. This does not mean that a person will automatically experience depression if a parent or close relative has had the illness though. Life circumstances and other personal factors are still likely to have an important influence.

Having a serious medical illness can trigger depression in two ways. Serious illnesses can bring about depression directly, or can contribute to depression through associated stress and worry, especially if it involves long-term management of the illness and/or chronic pain.

Drug and alcohol use can both lead to and result from depression. Many people with depression also have drug and alcohol problems.

Symptoms of Depression

Signs and symptoms of depression include:

  • Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. : A bleak outlook—nothing will ever get better and there’s nothing you can do to improve your situation.
  • Loss of interest in daily activities.  : No interest in former hobbies, pastimes, social activities, or sex. You’ve lost your ability to feel joy and pleasure.
  • Appetite or weight changes. : Significant weight loss or weight gain—a change of more than 5% of body weight in a month.
  • Sleep changes. : Either insomnia, especially waking in the early hours of the morning, or oversleeping.
  • Anger or irritability. : Feeling agitated, restless, or even violent. Your tolerance level is low, your temper short, and everything and everyone gets on your nerves.
  • Loss of energy. : Feeling fatigued, sluggish, and physically drained. Your whole body may feel heavy, and even small tasks are exhausting or take longer to complete.
  • Self-loathing. : Strong feelings of worthlessness or guilt. You harshly criticize yourself for perceived faults and mistakes.
  • Reckless behavior. : You engage in escapist behavior such as substance abuse, compulsive gambling, reckless driving, or dangerous sports.
  • Concentration problems.  : Trouble focusing, making decisions, or remembering things.
  • Unexplained aches and pains. : An increase in physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, aching muscles, and stomach pain.

How is Depression Treated?

The most common form of treatment for depression is the use of Antidepressant medication. Nobody can say for sure at this moment why antidepressants can alter a persons mood, because nobody knows for certain exactly how AD medication works. It is only thought that by increasing or decreasing certain chemicals in the brain, such as serotonin, that this has an effect on the brains neurotransmitters.

Currently, 10% of all Americans over 12 years old take antidepressants daily, and among females in their 40’s and 50’s, that figure increases to 25%. Approximately 254 million prescriptions were written for them in America in 2010, resulting in nearly $10 billion in costs. This figure is also expected to have risen dramatically in the following years.

However, antidepressants do not cure depression, they only lessen the symptoms for a minority of people who take them. A recent report published in The Journal of the American Medical Association stated that the drugs work best for very severe cases of depression, but have little or no benefit over a placebo in less serious cases. It is extremely difficult to put an exact figure on the percentage of people who experience decreased depressive symptoms as a result of AD medication, as reports and results vary wildly depending on the people in the study and their severity of depression, and whether a study is done by an independent body or by a pharmaceutical company. It is thought though, that the overall “success” rate of the drugs is approximately 36% - slightly higher than that of a placebo.

Antidepressants are also known to have side effects for the majority of people who take them. Patients will usually experience one or multiple of the following; nausea, increased appetite and weight gain, loss of sexual desire and/or other sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction and decreased orgasm, fatigue and drowsiness, insomnia, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, dizziness, agitation, irritability, anxiety, and increased risk of suicidal thoughts and behavior - especially during the first month of treatment.

Antidepressants come with no guarantee that they will work, on any level of success.

Further treatment options include counselling, psychotherapy or talk therapy. This has a much higher success rate than antidepressants overall, but again the figures at hand vary wildly. The cost of seeing a councillor, therapist or psychiatrist is also very high - the average is around $150-$200 for a 60 minute session. It is not unusual for these professionals to charge upwards of $500 for an hours’ session though - and the sessions usually need to be on a regular weekly basis to have maximum chance of success. It is thought though, that because has a higher rate of success than antidepressants, that it is more cost-effective as a result. Again though, there are no guarantees of success.

Other treatment Options

It is interesting to note, that many health professionals believe there are much better ways to treat depression. Irving Kirsch, the Associate Director of the Program in Placebo Studies and a lecturer in medicine at the Harvard Medical School is quoted as saying; “Depression is a serious problem, but drugs are not the answer. In the long run, psychotherapy is both cheaper and more effective, even for very serious levels of depression. Physical exercise and self-help books based on CBT can also be useful, either alone or in combination.”

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) has a much higher success rate than medication. Studies have shown it decreases severity of depression in most patients who maintain a CBT course, with many patients reporting they never relapsed into depression. CBT based self-help books sees an even larger percentage of success rates and numbers of people reporting to be cured, with very little cost involved - so why is this form of treatment not more widely used?.

It seems the answer is quite simple - there is nowhere near as much money to be made from curing depression as there is from helping people live with it. There is little money to be made from a healthy person, or indeed a dead person - however in sick people there is billions of dollars to be made.

Due to the pharmaceutical and medical industry's wide-reaching influence and the money involved, and due to health professionals who deal with depression and other illnesses being afraid of offering a treatment which may upset those powerful companies, very few are willing to publicize findings that depression can indeed be treated naturally, safely, extremely cheaply and in just a few weeks. One of these few researchers who dares to go against the current trend is James Gordon, a UK-based researcher and former depression sufferer, who is doing a lot of work to try to make these findings available to the general public. He is the creator of the "Destroy Depression System™" [INSERT AFFILIATE LINK], a simple, 7 step guide to self-curing depression naturally using an amalgamation of all the research done in the area, together with his own self-experimentation with which he cured his own depression.

…a breakthrough soccer training program that has helped thousands of players all across the world take their soccer skills to new heights…

Who Am I and Why Should You Listen to Me?

Here is a little about me as a soccer player:
  • 3 time all-state soccer player in the state of Florida
  • Florida soccer player of the year
  • High school All-American
  • Collegiate All-American
  • Former Professional Soccer player

How is this training different?

The soccer training methods I was teaching actually helped several other players reach All-American status and a couple others received honorable mentions.  And it was all after they had gone through my training program.

The thing I realized about training after watching the pros and working with high level coaches was that traditional soccer practices were NOT the correct way to become a great player.
Traditional soccer practices are meant for “team building” much more than developing your own skills.

So I developed a training method designed specifically for skyrocketing a player’s individual skills.  Here’s what I did:
  • First, I created training sessions that simulated game speed and conditions so that the skills you practice are easy to apply when it is game time.
  • Next, I developed highly effective drills that are specifically designed to quickly improve individual soccer skills such as ball control, touch, dribbling skills, passing skills, shooting power and precision, and even soccer I.Q.
  • And finally, I made sure that every player that went through my program would be the most skilled player on the field…every time…by teaching a plethora of advanced soccer moves that are guaranteed to keep the defender guessing and on their heels.

The fastest way to attract new clients and collect plenty of profits for your fitness business is with a new program. But what? You don't want to put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into a fast-dying fad or a program that attracts a limited target market because your profits will dry up quickly.

Your solution: Fitness boot camps. Boot camps appeal to a large range of people because just about anyone can do the exercises. And they escape the women-only stigma of aerobics and the men-only stigma of weight lifting. Influenced by traditional military boot camps, these fitness programs are so popular because they work- when they're done right-and because of their social element.

Boot camp participants enjoy the camaraderie of exercising in a group. And much like peer pressure keeps soldiers moving in military boot camp, peer encouragement - and developing friendships - keep people moving in fitness boot camp. Plus, more experienced participants often help newcomers, which provides an element of support that the trainer alone cannot give.

Here are other major ways that fitness boot camps benefit you and your clients.

Fitness Boot Camp Benefits for You

If you don't offer a boot camp as part of your fitness business, you're missing out on serious dollars.

Fiscally speaking, boot camps are a no-brainer. Compared with aerobics, weight lifting, Spinning, treadmill workouts or in-home training, boot camps are a virtual money mill.

Here's why: They are an efficient use of your time. As the trainer, you typically handle large groups of people at once.

Class sizes range from 20 to more than 50 people, so you can afford to charge less per person, which means a greater potential for plenty of people to sign up.

Look at it this way: If you were to charge $10 per person for each session, and you had an average class size of 20 people, you'd collect $200 for a one-hour session.

It's hard to charge that much for a one-on-one training session!

Boot camps help you make money, but they also save you money because there are no overhead costs.

You could hold your program in parks, school gymnasiums, parking lots, parking garages, or any place you can fit your class; you don't need a studio or facility.

You can arrange for a typical boot camp location for little or no money. If you're planning to use a public park for a group boot camp, be sure to make any necessary reservations with park officials.

Of course, if you already have a studio or facility, boot camp classes will make that space especially cost-effective.

The fact that you don't need a lot of equipment to run a boot camp means you reduce your expenses even further. Bodyweight exercises, such as pushups and sit-ups, form the core of most boot camp programs. Even if you decide to include dumbbells or resistance bands, you can pass that expense onto clients as a one-time fee. Or, you could have your business logo and contact info imprinted on the equipment to further promote your business and write it off at tax time.

Boot Camp Benefits for Clients

There are two main aspects that keep clients coming back to boot camp programs time after time: these programs are effective and fun.

Let's tackle the effectiveness part first. As you know, the key to weight loss, which is what the majority of boot campers are looking for, is burning calories. Boot camps cram a lot of exercise and calorie-burning into a short time.

Clients don't have to fool around with working out for 90 minutes to 2 hours every day. Forty-five minutes, boot-camp-style, is enough. Plus, participants benefit from higher metabolism for the rest of the day, which means they burn more calories for longer. And unlike many Nautilus and weight lifting programs that isolate only a few muscles, boot camp movements - such as pushups, pull-ups, jumping jacks and running - recruit many muscles in every exercise.

So, instead of doing 3 sets on every machine in the gym, boot camp participants get the job done much more efficiently. Besides their effectiveness, boot camps appeal to people because of the fun and social factors.

Sure, Denise Austin or Jake Steinfeld videos are motivating-but video workouts are very impersonal, and the motivation often lasts only for the first week or so.

With a boot camp, participants get personal motivation from their trainer that is fresh and new every session. Boot camp trainers can also correct exercise form and postures for clients to keep them safe and get the most from the exercises.

A video can't do that. The bottom line is that boot camps make your bottom line look better. They are an efficient and profitable way to attract more clients and deliver effective fitness to more people. Adding a fitness boot camp to your programming reinforces your image as an effective, affordable fitness professional.

How to choose a forex broker?

Open Account ?

With almost a $4 trillion average daily turnover in the global foreign exchange market and many technical and fundamental techniques to help you predict the market, forex is a great way to make money in the comfort of your own home.

But with hundreds of forex brokers out there how to you know which one to choose? Here are some key points you should consider: MT4 and Streamster Platforms

Platforms
Trading forex online is performed through a platform. One of the most internationally recognized and widely used platforms is MetaTrader 4 (known as MT4). MT4 allows many currency pairs, indexes, commodities and other futures to be traded, and assist traders by performing technical analysis at the click of a button.

Trade on mobile, tablet and PC

However if you are new to trading then a simplified platform may be more useful. AGEA provides an excellent platform, Streamster. Like MT4, Streamster beside forex offers many CFDs (indexes, commodities) but has the advantage of being more user friendly, requires no deposit (some company require thousands of dollars in deposits to use MT4) and you get a $5 reward to trade with immediately.

Furthermore, you can trade using your android phone or tablet PC!
No deposit and
$5 free reward

Deposits (Investment needed)
As mentioned above, many companies require deposits when opening a live trading account. The reason for this is to protect the Company if you start losing heavily. Most MT4 accounts require a deposit of around $500.

At AGEA, however, you can open an MT4 account from as little as $10! There are three different levels of accounts; even the top account – Standard – requires only a $100 deposit. And remember Streamster requires no deposit!\

Charges
Most likely you are trading not for fun but to make money. The higher you’re trading costs are, the harder it will be for you to make profit, so charges are a key factor when choosing a broker.
Forex brokers generally only charge commission on Straight-Through-Processing (STP) accounts. This is where your trade is passed onto another broker and the introducing broker just receives a commission.

Open Account ?

AGEA has institution-level low spreads However on other accounts (such as AGEA’s Streamster, MT4 Cent and MT4 Standard) no commissions are charged. One of the key areas, therefore, that differentiates brokers is the spreads. Spreads are the different between the bid and ask price of an instrument. Let say you buy an instrument and sell at exactly the same ask price, you would still make a small loss as the broker will make the bid price slightly lower than the ask price.

AGEA has institution-level low spreads on MT4 because we do not add any commission or mark-ups to the prime brokerage rates, and we choose the brokerage with the lowest spreads.

Virtual Desk
It is important that you practice trading before you go live, especially if you are new to trading. Most brokers will provide you with a virtual desk with virtual money for you to trade with, so you get to trade without the risk of losing money. But, of course, you also can’t make money just by trading on the virtual desk – except at AGEA!
Win $100 trading on AGEA’s Virtual Desk –
No investment required!

AGEA runs a competition which rewards the trader who makes the highest virtual profit on the virtual Streamster desk. The reward is $100 and can be used to trade on your live desk or withdrawn.

All traders receive $5 when they open an account with AGEA to trade on the live desk, so again you could make money without investing any!
24 hour, multilingual support

Support
Whether you are technology pro or not, you may sometimes need some help. AGEA has a dedicated, high quality, 24 hour, multilingual online support channels. You can chat directly with one of their assistants at any time and they will be sure to help you in any way they can.

Conclusion
If you are serious about making money then you need to reduce your costs and make sure you have the right tools to learn and to trade.

Controlling Your Forex Risk

 Agea Forex from 1$

Open Account ?

If you know about Forex you know that there can be a lot of risks involved, especially for new traders. Forex can mean high rewards, but as with everything in life, high rewards come with a high risk.

So when you start trading you should reduce your risk until you understand trading more and can control your risks.

AGEA is perfect for new traders because it gives you loads of options which can reduce your level of risk. Controlling these factors can considerably control your risk level:

Leverage

Leverage is a loan provided by the broker to the trader, so that the trade can trade more capital than they have. It is given in a ratio to the amount of money you have to trade. For example a common leverage is 1:100, this means if you put $10 on to trade with, we will make this $1,000.

Initially this sounds great, as the higher amount you trade the higher profits you can make, but consequences the leverage can mean higher losses.

“Higher Leverage
Can Mean Higher Losses.”

“AGEA leverage can be
from 1:1 to 1:500”

A lower leverage is the best way to control your risk.

AGEA gives a wide range of leverage to allow you to choose the level of risk which suits you.
MetaTrader4 - 1:1 to 1:500 (initially 1:100)
Streamster – 1:100

Capital

Capital is the amount of money that you invest.
The ultimate risk of forex is losing capital. But you have to start with some money to make money in forex – right? Actually no! AGEA will give you $5 to start trading live – so you don’t need any capital to get started.

If you search the internet for “Forex Bonus” you will find offers up to many thousands of dollars – but beware, these all come with multiple terms & conditions. Most will only give you bonus’ equal to the amount you deposit – so if you don’t have anything to deposit, you’ll get no bonus.

“AGEA will give you
$5 to start trading live”

“No deposit is needed, no expiry limit, withdraw whenever. Simple!“

So you search for “No Deposit Forex Bonuses” – again you will get options, but most have strict conditions on withdrawing profit from these bonus , for example you may have to triple that bonus before you can withdraw any money.

Here are a couple of real Terms & Conditions on “No Deposit Bonuses”
“1. To withdraw your free bonus you need 60 TPoints (trader points)
2. One bonus per household/IP address.
3. The bonus expires in 3 months.”
“You can use the bonus for live trading, but you cannot withdraw it.”
AGEA is different! We have no such conditions. Everyone gets $5 when they open an account, it can be used on MT4 or Streamster, no deposit is needed, no expiry limit, withdraw whenever. Simple!

Spreads

Spreads are, basically, the “fee” a broker charges for you making trades. So the higher the spread the harder it will be for you to make a profit.

The brokers are themselves charged a spread by their liquidity provider (a Company who sets the forex rates).

So there will never be no spread on a trade, but the excess added to the liquidity providers will depend on the forex broker.
AGEA charges NOTHING extra on top of the spreads charged by their liquidity provider on MetaTrader 4. And has great spreads on their platform, Streamster.

Virtual trading

“Practice Makes Perfect”

The best way to become a forex trading expert is to practice. Test out your strategies, and see if you profit. But you don’t want to be practicing with real money, so start with a demo account.

A demo (or virtual) forex account is a simulator of a real forex platform, but you trade with virtual (fake) money.

With AGEA you can open demo accounts with MetaTrader 4 and Streamster.

You can download these at http://www.agea.com/index.ncre?page=downloads

“AGEA awards $100 to the trader who makes the highest virtual profit”

Now you can make REAL money from trading with VIRTUAL money, through AGEA’s Master of the Month forex contest. Every month AGEA awards $100 to the trader who makes the highest virtual profit (via Streamster). You will automatically be entered when you start trading virtually on Streamster.

For more information about this contest (one of many!) go to http://extra.agea.com/en/promotions/be-the-next-agea-contest-master
